"I don’t remember initially, how I was approached, but somehow I was introduced to Vince from State Farm. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and the rates were phenomenal. I had been with the same auto insurance company for the past 18 years. The quote that I received from State Farm blew theirs away, but I wanted to see what the renewal rate would be. Since they had just refunded everybody a bunch of money, I was thinking that it would go down significantly.
