"Nate is great. Maybe some other agents are as well...but whomever called me today was ready to rumble with me over a mistake that was caught by DMV while I was renewing my registration, at DMV. The dmv agent was patiently waiting with me on the phone for your agents to work out the problem. Waiting for was ustering could have nicely explained without conflict. The sitaution at hand could have been handled easily by merely expaling what wad going on. Rather, I was meat with rude and awkward behavior. It's not ok to treat your customers that way. The phone call escalated quickly into something that should have been handled professionally. Unfortunately, the rudeness made me switch to a different agent in a different county. This place needs to work on their customer service by 10 fold. Do not recommend unless you appreciate rude agents"

"This is all for Colin. My roof Is currently tarped and the tarp became dislodged along with the sandbags. I'm standing outside lookin up at my roof In complete disbelief. Colin drives by, stops and asks me if I need help, He says that it's forcast to rain later that night. He'll come back and straightened the tarp the best he can. I asked him why he would do this, his response without hesitation, " we all should help eachother and we're neighbor's it's what we do." He did come back with a ladder climbed up my roof and adjusted the tarp and sandbags. I stood there and watched this man on my roof, simply because I needed the help. Colin's my angel. It did rain that night, and I remained dry. I believe this world is better with him in it, and State Farm is better with him too. Colin, when my roof is replaced, I'm going to call !"
